Justin of Waples Wines', rather than having a general list, would rather you email or call him, saying what you like drinking at present, some indication of the value you wish to spend, from there Justin will select the wines for you taking the gamble out of the whole experience, and importantly given you the chance to explore wines and areas/countries that you might have typically avoided for fear of not knowing

 

Either way, we pride ourselves on being able to introduce the most sophisticated palates to new experiences, as well as providing a practical education in wine to those who are only just beginning to experience its delights.
